How much does transcription cost?

This is dependent on quality, urgency and complexity. Generally speaking ordinary cassettes are priced at £12 per typing hour and digital transcription at £1 per audio minute.

How long does it take?

Again depending on quality and number of people speaking, one hour audio can take anything from 5-8 hours to transcribe - longer if a complex meeting situation. Turnover generally will be within two days of booking for a 60/90 minute tape.
